Pricing

Fixed prices, decided before we write a line.

These are the starting points so you know what to expect before the first call. Every project gets one fixed quote after a scoping call, and that number holds.

Describe the process. Get a range in ten seconds.

This is the same rubric we use on scoping calls, without the conversation. It picks a tier, a price range, a timeline, and a monthly running cost. The fixed quote after a call lands inside the range nine times out of ten.

    FAQ

    Questions about pricing.

Why "from"? What moves the price?
The number of systems, the number of exceptions we design for, and whether an AI model is involved. After discovery you get one fixed number for the agreed scope. That number changes only if the scope does.
What do we pay for beyond your fee?
Tool and AI model costs, billed by those vendors directly to your accounts. Every scope includes an estimate. Most automations run under $50 a month and most agents under $600.
    How do payments work?
Fifty percent to start, fifty percent at handoff for sprints and workflow builds. Agent builds are split across three milestones. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Do you offer discounts for multiple projects?
Yes. A retainer covers a rolling backlog at a lower effective rate than separate sprints, and it keeps the same team on your systems.

    Not sure which tier fits?

Bring the process. We'll tell you on the call which tier fits, and whether it should be automated at all.
